Posterior Enhanced Performance program is the perfect online coaching platform for anyone looking to gain more strength and muscle to their posterior chain.
Strong posterior chain prevents injuries like no other. Too much of the strength training done is focused on building the front side of the body. Chest, shoulders, quads, abs… These usually get much more attention than the back side. This kind of approach leads you slowly but surely towards lower back and shoulder pains.
PEP focuses on developing the muscles on the back side so that you can surely put the fear of shoulder and back issues to bed and train hard in the future.
Posterior Enhanced Performance Office is tailor made for office workers who need to spend loads of time sitting down.
Strong posterior chain can prevent neck and lower back pains. Constant sitting down makes shoulders rounded forward, hip flexors stiff and the back side of the body gets weaker in general.
PEP focuses on developing the muscles on the back side so that you can surely put the fear of shoulder and back issues to bed.
Once purchasing the product, you will also receive a Training manual that has information about the usage of the training platform and about the training methods. The product will be delivered to you via Google Drive within 1-2 weekdays.
This program is an ongoing program. Billed monthly. Once you have paid monthly payment you will see the next 4 weeks of theMesocycle. Training manual is both in Finnish and in English.
COOKIECUTTER
Next level Strength training platform.
Select training frequency, insert your favorite movements and your rep maxes. The program calculates everything you need. You will also receive a Training Manual that covers all the basis you need for the best possible gains.
This is a 9 to 11 week program with three phases. The main goal is to increase muscle mass and strength. Each training phase includes advanced training methods such as cluster sets and metabolite techniques. These techniques have been around forever and have been used by the best strength coaches in history. Nothing beats hard work. If you can’t train hard, none of the fancy training methods can make you stronger.
Every program package contains a CookieCutter-Excel sheet, a CookieCutter program containing detailed information into executing the program and over a 30-page Training manual giving insight into the training methods used in the CookieCutter program with additional information helping you to optimally adjust your own strength training. Once purchased, the program of your choice can be downloaded as a zip folder.
