PEP OFFICE
PEP is an ongoing training program. It is into separate phases, that accumulate more volume for two mesocycles and intensity for next two lastly followed by an recovery mesocycle. Goal is to maximally build up your posterior chain. In addition, hip flexors are trained in a way that will open up the hips. You will have access to the coach throughout the whole training period. The coach can help you adjust your training during the program so you can reach maximal results.
While the posterior chain is the number one priority of PEP, that doesn’t mean all else is left untrained. PEP is a full training program that targets all the muscles in the body. Only difference is that your pushing muscles are not trained as much. Ongoing programming is billed every 4 weeks.
