PEP is an ongoing training program. It is divided into separate mesocycles (phases), that slowly accumulate more volume and frequency to maximally build up your posterior chain. Volume and intensity will fluctuate through training cycles. First, focus is on high volume training for posterior chain (two mesocycles). Second, higher intensity more balanced training (two mesocycles). Third, a recovery mesocycle. You will have access to the coach throughout the whole training period. The coach can help you adjust your training during the program for maximal results.

While the posterior chain is the number one priority of PEP, that doesn’t mean all else is left untrained. PEP is a full training program that targets all the muscles in the body. 

If you are a strength athlete with serious plans on staying intact for a long time, I strongly suggest this program for you. The best time to execute this program is before you begin prepping for your next competition.

There are two different advanced versions to choose from. PEP Advanced Men, and PEP Advanced Women. Strength training for men and women has some differences and this is noted in the PEP program. The basic structure is the same, the attention is in the details.
