ML Strength Performance was created out of desire to give out quality information about training and to provide platforms for athletic improvement.

 

Strength is the underlying skill in almost all sports performance. When strength is improved the right way, speed, power, agility and longevity in sport, among many qualities, are skyrocketed.

MEET THE COACH

My name is Mitja. I am a strength and conditioning and functional fitness coach.

I have previously worked with multiple junior ice-hockey teams in Finland and I have coached strength training and functional fitness for individuals since 2017.

I have a Bachelors degree in Sports coaching and management and I constantly strive to learn more about strength training, nutrition, speed training… You name it, I believe knowledge is the most important asset for any coach. And sharing that knowledge is the job.

I am currently based in Helsinki, Finland.

A complete Functional Fitness Training program. 3 to 5+ sessions weekly. Tailored according to your needs and goals analysis and preferred weekly schedule. Including monitoring, feedback and communication with the coach.

10-time package with training sessions according to your needs. You can choose between two options below:
